As you know Girls favorite things are a lot of, but from those things one is healthy or long hair. It should be because long and healthy hair with a smile makes you more beautiful. Without wasting time let's start tips for healthy hair.
So healthy hair want nutrition and care sometimes not, but it doesn't mean you'll not wash your hair. I mean not very care care hair want but a little of care hair wants
Hair dryer air is very warm, and very cold or warm water or air can harm your hair. Try to not use hair dryer as less as you can use it if it is very necessary. If you have time let your hair dry naturally.
2. Don't use to many products
Just use any shampoo that suits your hair and oil, try to use pure Mustard oil or coconut oil (in summer only) if coconut oil doesn't suits your hair or you don't like smell of it the avoid coconu toil. As I told you in my previous post that use oil with teatree oil(it'll help to stop hair fall).
If you can't get Mustar oil then use any oil that consist minimum chemicals but use it with teatree oil.
3. Few tips for washing
Wash your hair 2-3 times a week, don't wash regularly. Don't use hair gel it can harm your hair. While applying shampoo on your hair, start from scalp massage more on scalp, it'll make your hair more healthy.
While shampooing your hair apply from upward to downward it helps to make your hair smooth. Before washing your hair, apply oil on your hair one night before.
4. Braiding importance
Make braids of your hair. If you are going outside or in a party, then maybe be you can avoid braiding but sometime you can make style of braid. Braiding helps to make your hair curly for few hours.
Braids helps your hair to grow fast and to looks more beautiful. I am sure you'll love it. But at home, after washing and appiing a lttle oil on scalp make braid. Scalp is the root of hair so everything starts from here.
